Ali said he was not completely satisfied with his overall experience because they did not respond to his calls and they never called him back. He said the manager was kind, helpful, and friendly, but he is not certain about the rest of the personnel. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. He had to call them, but they did not call him. He was not satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because the estimate was different from the actual cost.

Ali, We do apologize for the lack of communication, we had two of our estimators that had a bad accident. This left us with a skeleton crew. The insurance company wrote the estimate and a supplement we required to get your vehicle repaired properly. We do hope that the repairs met your expectations and we appreiciate your business.
