Lauren said she is satisfied with her overall experience but will have to return to the business to have her hood checked because of a gap between it and the fender flares. She mentioned that her vehicle took a few weeks longer than promised due to the unprofessionalism of the mechanic who was supposed to paint the vehicle but kept putting it off. Stephanie and Melissa were very helpful and patient with her and did all they could to make this an enjoyable experience. They made sure they stayed on top of the mechanic to paint the vehicle. Due to the vehicle not being ready when promised, she would not recommend this business.
