Kyle said that this business did resolve everything to his satisfaction. He mentioned that they sent the vehicle back through paint, body and dent repair and provided him with transportation during the process. He stated that they could have gotten a rating of 5 by getting the work done correctly in the time promised on the first and second visits. He said that there were some issues but in the end they did a lot to make sure he was happy, comfortable and taken care of.

Kyle said that it was a long and difficult road to get things done. He mentioned that he was eventually happy with the work. He added that the vehicle was a week late due to parts delays and paint issues. He stated that when he called every day they told him the vehicle would be ready the next day but kept him updated on what was going on. He said that he was very happy with how they treated him because they bent over backwards to get the work done in a time crunch and did a lot to work with him and time constraints. He also appreciated them getting him a loaner vehicle. He mentioned that it was a long and frustrating process but they made it right in the end. He added that they worked hard to get it right. He stated that they were highly recommended by a lot of people.

Kyle it was very unfortunate that your new truck was destroyed by the hail storms in Knoxville TN. This type of damage is never fun and to have it happen just two weeks before a move to another state makes it worse. I am glad that we were able to complete your repairs before your moving deadline. It does make my heart sad that you would not refer our business as we did complete a 30 day repair in two weeks. I am glad that you are happy with the repairs and truthfully that is all that matters.
