Laura said the customer service was very poor. She said they did not contact her during the three weeks her vehicle was at the business. She said when her insurance company called the business they did not answer. Whenever she reached them they told her the vehicle would be ready tomorrow. She said the vehicle was ready two weeks later than the promise date because of the business having personnel problems. She said when she did talk to the business they were really nice. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
