Regina said the business goofed up twice and her vehicle was at this business two days shy of four weeks. She had to return the first time because they missed a strip on her vehicle that they were supposed to paint, and this was also her biggest issue with this experience. The second time she had to return was because the clear coat was not done right. It was supposed to take two or three hours to fix the paint issue, but it ended up taking three extra days. She was not happy with their communication nor did she consider herself adequately informed because she had to email them when her vehicle was not finished when it should have been. She was glad the representative who handled the estimate called to let her know the price would be going up because they needed extra parts. She will not be returning to them because of the issues already stated and will not be recommending them for the same reason.
