Courtney said the repairs were pretty good. The vehicle was 4 days late and she was not given a reason for the delay. This business did not communicate well. They did not call her with any updates. She called them to get updates and there were a couple of times her call got lost in the shuffle and disconnected. She was never called back when her call was dropped either. They did not set up her rental car until she dropped off her vehicle. She would not recommend this business due to the lack of communication and poor customer service.
