Pon said once she got her vehicle, there was another issue with it. She took it back to this business to get it fixed. When it was there, there was a little bit of a delay, which she said was the insurances' fault, not the body shops. The customer service overall could have been better at this business. The communication was a little shaky at first because she had to reach out to them to find out about her vehicle. After that though this business was pretty good about keeping in touch with her.
