Sharla said she was disappointed with the experience because she would call the representative handling the repair five or six times and then had to call the manager before she would have her call returned. She said the outside of the vehicle had been washed although hand prints were left on the inside where it had been worked on. She was called late on a Friday and told she could pick up her vehicle but she was not able to until the following Monday. Due to problems with having her calls returned she was not kept informed during the repair to her satisfaction. As a result of this visit and the customer service she received, she would not recommend the facility to others.
