Colleen said they didn't do the repairs that were on the to-do list. She wasn't satisfied with the body work because there were several dents that weren't removed. She said there was no communication and most of the time she had to contact the business to get information. She said she would go days without hearing a response from them. She wouldn't recommend this business because of her experience. They could serve her better by having more staff members and not determining what the damages are because the insurance appraiser already did so.
