Hortensia said the staff was rude. When she arrived they didn't look up to greet her so she was left standing for about 30 minutes. She was not offered a seat. They were very disrespectful of her time. She mentioned the paint work matches. The repair was scheduled to take two weeks but it went over because additional work was found. She had to call them during the repair process. She called the business to verify if the vehicle would be ready on Thursday and it was communicated the vehicle would be ready on Monday. They told her they would let the insurance company know the vehicle would not be ready so she could keep the rental vehicle. The business called her later on Thursday to say the vehicle would be ready. When she returned their call they told her they were going to have the vehicle ready as they had expected but it would be ready on Friday. She had to drop the rental vehicle off because she was taking a flight out at 8:00 am on Friday so she could not do it on Friday. As a result she had to wait at the business two hours for a friend to pick her up because of the miscommunication of the time frame. When calling the business to confirm the final cost, it took five calls to get through and when she got through Michelle put her on hold for thirty minutes. The business would not receive a recommendation because of everything already noted.
