Spoke with Sheila. She said this business replaced the wrong part and repaired something that was not broken. She stated the vehicle was there for 3 days and they did not even fix it what needed to be fixed. The vehicle was 1 day later than promised with no explanation from this business and they did not adequately keep her informed because they did not contact her until it was time to pick the vehicle up. She mentioned she was not satisfied with the person that did the estimate because he put the wrong information down and that is why they fixed the wrong part. Lastly, she said the bumper was cracked and they should have fixed that. She is now waiting on them to order that part so she can bring the vehicle back in to have the right part repaired. She would not recommend them for the reasons mentioned.
