Stewart said everything worked out well with the repair on the vehicle. The vehicle was promised for 5 to 7 days and the repair took 3 weeks to be completed due to a parts delay. After the vehicle had been at the facility for two weeks Stewart’s wife had called for 3 or 4 days to get information regarding the repair. Her calls were not returned in a timely manner. Due to not being informed when the vehicle was first delayed, he is not satisfied with the communication.
