Paula said the customer service was horrible because she did not receive any communication during the repair process. She found out the vehicle would be delayed when she called the business. The business replaced the bumper but now the trunk will not close. The vehicle was delayed three weeks but she was not given a reason for the delay. She had to initiate the follow-up. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated. She has spoken with the manager regarding her experience. There was no communication received from the business. Due to this experience she would not recommend them. She has an appointment with the general manager to have the trunk fixed.
