Ben said they did a good job and they kept with the estimate, it was right on. His vehicle was not ready when promised. It was three or four days late but they did not tell him the reason for the delay. He was not kept informed during the repair process. He had to call them to get updated. He was not satisfied with their communication because of the reasons mentioned.
