Daniel said he brought his vehicle to this business over a minor accident and they did their best to make sure he got it back in quality shape. He found it odd how his representative needed to get the vehicle back because the paint match was off, among other unspecified issues which arose, but he was happy with the final product. This caused a delay of two days beyond what they estimated originally. He was unhappy about it. He was happy with the final cost even though the estimate was a little lower than what it turned out to be. He liked how he was able to communicate with his service advisor back and forth by email.
