Tim said his representative at this business seemed to be difficult to get in touch with and took a day to return his call. He said he has not gotten a chance to look at the vehicle closely to know if he is satisfied with the quality of the repair. The vehicle was not ready when promised and the delay was about a week long because they were waiting for parts. He said he was unsure if he is satisfied with the communication because it took so long to get in touch with them. His daughter picked up the vehicle and it was only cleaned where the repair was done, otherwise it was messy. He did not expect this because he had brought other vehicles to them in the past and the service had been excellent.
