Steven said the individual handling his claim quit and it took a while to get someone else caught up to speed with what was going on, He said that his vehicle was ready a month later than promised due to a paperwork mix up with the new person. He is very pleased with the quality of work that was done on his vehicle. The employee that took over once he was caught up did outstanding work.
