Catherine said this business took forever to do the repair on her vehicle and the person she dealt with, Elijah, was never available and would not return her phone calls. When she called he would have to be paged a number of times before she got a hold of him and he would get on the phone without an apology or an explanation. She stated she will have to bring the vehicle back because she hears the wind coming through the door that was repaired. She said the repair was taken over by the new manager, Ray and he did a great job trying to help her experience be better. A little after the repair she took the vehicle to her dealership to have an alignment done and she was told there was a bent wheel and a side panel that was not done which is very visible and clearly damaged. She said on several occasions she was told the vehicle would be ready and they would find additional damage that needed parts ordered which delayed the vehicle from being ready when promised. She stated she was given an estimate of $11,000 but it ended up being about $20,000. For these reasons she would not recommend this business.
