William said his vehicle was at the business for 60 days. He was told it would be finished in two or three weeks. The business told him the vehicle needed additional work. They needed more money from the insurance company. When he called, they told him they were still waiting to hear back. When he called the insurance company, they approved it instantly. This happened three or four times. During the repair process, they broke a window and got the wrong trim. This happened before the holidays and he wanted his vehicle sooner. After the repair, the insurance company told him they would not recommend the business because of all the problems with them. He does not think the business was truthful with him about how long it would take during the whole process. They just kept making excuses.
