Aylin said that it took 8 to 9 weeks for them to fix her vehicle but they gave her a time frame of 7 to 10 days. Aylin said that she was given multiple excuses why her vehicle was not ready, for example they were behind because of hail damage and they were waiting for the insurance company to do an estimate. She had to call the to find out what was taking so long. Aylin said that she felt neglected by the personnel. She was not satisfied with the communication at all because she received none. She will not recommend for reasons stated.
