2011 Sonata
I purchased a replacement key fob online and it needed to be programed at a dealership. Crestmont service writer explained up front that the key fob was not a Hyundai OEM unit and may not be programmable but they would try. Programing was successful, I also requested an oil change. Both tasks, plus a recall repair were competed quickly and there were no problems. Service writer I dealt with was very courteous and efficient.
