I'm sorry to hear about your experience.  We would like to talk to you in person so we can find out exactly what happened.  Rental car coverage is available if the vehicle is still under warranty, for a warranty related repair.  It also looks like we did not charge you labor on the second visit, even though the two parts from the two visits are not related to each other.  There are many situations where drive-ability symptoms may seem related, but different parts are associated.  It is similar to going to a doctor with a stomach pain.  The doctor may tell you that you have the flu or you got food poisoning.  Both would cause the same symptoms, but the root cause and treatment would be very different.  Please feel free to reach out to our Service Manager, Jason Shaffer at 970.267.5072.  As I mentioned it does look like he tried to help by not charging labor on your second visit, even though the two parts were not related.  We are sorry for the inconvenience, please let us know how we can help further!
