You lost my business for good!
I have been going to the Santa Cruz service center to have my cars oil and oil filter replaced for many years. Today I took my MBZ and provided them the coupon. I usually get charged $24.99 plus 10 for synthetic oil. The coupon clearly states that $24.99 does include 5 quarts plus oil filter. Today I was forced to pay $68.17, and was told that this coupon does not cover my car! I was charged extra for the filter and an addition $25.00 for the labor. The coupon was disregarded to its entirety. You just lost a dedicated customer for being ripped off. I will report this incident to the Santa Cruz County district attorney along with a copy of the coupon and the bill.
