Extremely Deceitful Coupon Add That was Not Honored
I received a coupon in the mail for a $25 dollar oil change. The coupon clearly stated what was included: 5 quarts of 5w-30 oil. Sweet, sounds like an awesome deal. So, I drove over on a Saturday afternoon. The guy looked at me as if I was stupid.. saying well no matter what oil you get it's not going to be $25. Super confused, I looked at him and asked what the point of the coupon was. He couldn't answer.. just came up with some random amount that I would be discounted. Apparently the oil change would cost about $60 so he said I would get $15 off. Oh, ok yes that makes perfect sense. Not. And he said this all with an attitude which made it even worse. So apparently they run these coupons just to attract customers but they have no intention on honoring them. I won't be back.
