Attitude of the employees
There's been a change of employees at this location. I LOVE the NEW ATTITUDES!!! It was great to have a pleasant experience for the second time. Before, the employees had no sense of humor and were always pushing some maintenance or repair on me. I didn't like it. This is the only location in Santa Cruz that evacuates the oil - which I need due to a faulty oil drain plug, which if removed would mean a new oil pan!!!! And, thanks for the discount coupon!!!
