Charges for 5 quarts (my car uses 3.4)
This place has great drive-thru oil change service. Unfortunately their $24.95 oil change coupon did not apply because my car uses a different kind of oil. This time I looked up oil in my Honda owner's manual and learned my car only uses 3.4 quarts. I was disappointed to learn that AutoExpress routinely charges for 5 quarts. They always push other purchases; this time they said some belts were worn but my 90k service is coming up soon so I will wait. I would recommend them to people who know they will need to resist the sales push, and if they have a Honda they might want to go to the Honda dealer instead (who I understand now has a quick oil change service).
