Jake said the vehicle broke down the day after the service. He had gone in for an oil change. They told him the fuel filter needed to be replaced, and when he tried to start the vehicle later that night it stalled out like there was a problem with the fuel system. He called the next day because he wanted them to check if they might have done something during the oil change, but they wanted to give him an estimate to fix the vehicle. The person who changed the oil in the vehicle did not give a great vibe of confidence in his work. In retrospect he would have probably asked someone else to do it. The person who wrote his service tag afterwards was not too friendly either.
