Taylor said her vehicle broke down and had to leave it. She came to this business and they called for towing which she had to pay for. That is the reason why she would not recommend this business for service. Other than that they are personable.

Vehicle came to us after another shop worked on car. Replaced broken air horn. Customer upset because I would not put in writing that other shop broke her car. As for charging for towing we do not offer free towing to any of our customers. We do not have a tow truck and we just use the companies in our area.
