Lois said she was very happy with the work this business did but it took longer than originally promised. She had to wait four days longer because of a parts delay. She was not completely satisfied with the communication because she was expecting her vehicle on Friday as she was told but no one contacted her on Thursday so she called them. They told her then her vehicle would not be ready until the following Tuesday. She stated she felt she should have been contacted instead of the other way around. She appreciated the cleaning of her vehicle's interior and exterior. She got her vehicle back cleaner than when it went in.
