See initial comments on my rating of service. Go the extra mile and wash/vaccum each vehicle when it comes in for service; especially for the FIRST scheduled servicing of a new (place model here). Satisfied with the service is above average but not great. The small details matter. If you incorporate simply changes/adders customers will be delighted vs. satisfied. Hope this helps.
