I do apologize that you are unsatisfied with our service department. I would like to however clarify the circumstances surrounding this. As indicated by your husband the window was shattered due to vandalism which is not a warrantable concern. The repair had been performed at an independant garage in which additional physical damages were found, also not Warrantable. Vandalism unfortunately does not fall within the parameters of warranty coverage. It should however fall within the parameters of your insurance coverage. I do apologize for any miscommunication that may have occured.
