"The people. The price. The service."
It feels as if a friend is extending me advice and a helping hand when I go to David's. I have no concern that I will be taken advantage of. I have a high level of trust on their best intent on my behalf. How often does that happen in auto repari?

"I like their honesty"
Even though they were packed, when my car's misfiring cylinder problem returned, they made sure to look at it right away. David showed me the culprits, explained clearly in plain English (my favorite) why these were bad things. And when they were short handed, he found a way to make shuttle service work for me. Got my car back next day and the problem appears to be solved.

On a side note, while I was in the waiting room during the diagnostic, Jessica (receptionist) made a call to a customer and explained that the concerns the car came in for were so minor they really weren't worth resolving this instant. The oil change was unnecessary because too few miles had been driven since last change. The transmission (?) fluid was leaking, but it was leaking so minimally that it was suggested the customer wait until May for the oil change to delve into deeper repairs. It was that honesty I appreciated. The option to have the issue repaired now or wait a little bit.

"Dependable service"
Took my 14 year old vehicle to David's Auto Repair after an electrical problem indicator light went on and the instrument panel went off. Didn't have a scheduled appointment but they agreed to check the problem on a busy holiday week. The repair was not cheap but most of the cost were parts. Service at David's is good and dependable. It's good to have someone staffing the front counter full time. Staff are competent and it's a professionally run business.

"2000 honda repair"
It took a bit to figure out what was wrong with the car. They got right on it and kept after it and got it going. Dave's has yet to let me down. My daughter was surprised because they detailed the car when they were done. Great place. Good people.

"So far so Good!"
The speed of getting an appointment, the answers to specific questions, tips on how to keep the car running longer, and more are why I'll be coming back. I saw the front desk associate advise a lady that her car probably didn't need an oil change yet, and to come back at a later time. most places would have just taken the customer's money despite what was best for the car.
