"very high labor charges."
very high labor charges - this inexpensive vehicle has cost me more out of pocket repair expenses in less than 7 years than my BMW in 12 years. It was repaired in less than 12 hours for which I am very grateful. My yes to recommending is conditional on the need. This service center is very close to my home.

"I appreciate these guys for making efforts to set things right"
I was not satisfied with the way service was done and within an hr of posting the feedback I got a call from one of managers clearly indicating they are working on rectifying things that might have gone wrong and look forward to provide a delightful experience. Based on the conversation and corrective action suggested I believe I can get them back into stars.

"Horrible service, they'll rip you off pushing unnecessary third party services."
I'm not returning to this service center again for sure where service advisors make stories to sell third party brand services. When you question them they change their story, scare you off and make you pay for all unnecessary things. I'm going to make sure all my friends, colleagues and family members who own a Hyundai to never go to DCN for any kind of business.

"DCN Came Through for me!"
When I purchased my car, I was told that the dealership would pick up my car for service, and they did. The former owner, told me the same thing and I had my Sonata for 10 years, and they never came through. I hope the service continues-love the car.

"Very good service overall."
I was happy with the service overall. The technician that I spoke to was excellent (professional, courteous, and helpful) and the work was done in a timely manner.

They used to wash the car after every service, but it seems that that policy might have changed.
