Tracy said it took this business a long time to call her back. The quality of work they performed was good but they were not the best at returning phone calls to see if her vehicle was ready. She would not recommend them for smog tests but would for pretty much everything else.

"Dishonest service "
First time here. I went in to have break inspection, which cost 60$, I've never paid for an inspection before firstly. Then I was told that the breAk pads and other component would cost near 500 for my Toyota scion 2013. Are you serious? This is what happens when you're a young blonde girl in her 20's who goes in by herself. I told the guy that my other place does it for half the price and a great job... He then told me he could do it cheaper if they were the after market. I am very upset with my attempt to get work done there. I feel taken advantage of and disappointed. I will continue to go to George fuel and auto in sunnyvale even though it's slightly farther. They are the most honest people possible.

He returned to this facility, waited two more hours and the vehicle seemed fine. The light went off later when he left that night. He said this business is thorough.
