Slow and no communication
I came in for a quick oil change. Over 1 hour and 45 minutes later it was finally done. Last time I will come here, they just had me waiting and waiting and waiting. Not even a mention of I am so sorry for the delay or an update while I was waiting.

We do aplogize for the delay in service.
As I Indicated the car came in at 4:41 and left at 5:56 or 1hour 15 minutes as indicated on your receipt. We generally allow about 45 minutes to complete oil change
We did have some major construction going on that may have contributed to slowing us down. At any rate I again apologize for the delay in service. I have issued you a refund today for your oil change as I mentioned do to the delay. I hope you will give us the opportunity to service your car again under normal circumstances.

Quality control problems
had my daughter's headlight replaced; they put in the wrong size bulb, which I noticed when I was ahead of her on the expressway, and didn't rebolt the plastic cover from the undercarriage of the car so it was dragging on the ground. Had to bring the car back in for bulb replacement and rebolt the plastic undercarriage cover. Both of these should have been noticed by the mechanic and this was a complete waste of another several hours of our time.

RIPPED OFF!
I BOUGHT A SET OF TIRES. PAID $ 30.00 FOR NITROGEN FILL AND DO NOT GET NITROGEN FILL NOR THE GREEN CAPS.

Friendly and fast
Big James (I think) was super nice and really went over things with me. The service was fast. They put nitrogen in my tires which is cool and should help the tires stay full but if I can't make it back there that might be bad. Overall I had a positive experience. Check them out!
