Kwame said his vehicle performance is still bad. It is still doing the same thing and he was told that he will need new tires.

Hi Kwame,

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review.  It's unfortunate the car is still pulling to the left while driving,  we went to perform the alignment as asked for, but noticed one of the tires had belts shifted internally, this will create the wobbling and pulling you brought the car in for.  After calling you and discussing the options, ie tire replacement along with four wheel alignment, you opted for alignment only.  Your car was aligned and you were notified that it would still wobble and pull until at least two tires were replaced.  If after replacing tires you are still having a problem please bring your car back in and we will gladly recheck the alignment 'free of charge'.
