Stephen, my name is Chris Cochran, I am the owner of Discount Brake & Auto Repair. The first time you brought this vehicle in was on December 12th 2014 for a wheel alignment. At that time, we noted on your invoice that your tires were worn out and you had a bad tie rod. We replaced the tie rod and aligned your car and at that time we did not find anything else wrong with the vehicle. On March 26th 2015 you brought car back in for a vibration. We found the vehicle had warped rotors. We machined the rotors and the vehicle drove smooth. When you bring your car to us for a repair, we deal with your initial complaint. The techs look over the vehicle to see if anything else needs attention. When your tires are worn out it makes it difficult for a tech to diagnose wobbles or vibrations so I can see how my tech could have missed that problem.
