When we finished the repairs on your vehicle, we marked your receipt paid by credit card....but your credit card was declined. You told my service writer you bring back the money for the repairs. You did not come back. When you came back for an oil change, I asked you about the previous ticket. I assume because your ticket was marked paid my credit card, that you assumed you paid the previous bill. The day you came in, my service writer was not in. At any time, feel free to stop by and we will discuss what happened. I would like to clear up the confusion.
