Milton said the staff misdiagnosed the problem by saying it was the alternator. He paid for his diagnostic test, and bought an alternator. The alternator replacement did not fix the problem.

Your vehicle broke down in the street, it had no voltage, so we tested the electrical system. There was no charge coming from the alternator, and the battery was dead. If we hooked up a jump box, the vehicle would start and run, but due to the fact the alternator was not putting out any amperage, it would not stay running without an auxilliary power source. I spoke with you on the phone, and offered to have the techs re-check the vehicle at no charge. You stated that you installed another alternator, and it's doing the same thing. You might have a defective alternator. After we spoke on the phone, you agreed to bring car and have us re-inspect issue. --Thank you for allowing us to serve you. Chris Cochran
