Karen said she is not happy with the business. She has spent $500 on her vehicle and it is still not running well. She took it to another business to get a second opinion and they told her the service she had already received on her vehicle is not the problem that is still persisting with it now. She would like part of her money back.

In all fairness Karen, your truck did not have a running problem when we looked at it.  We were chasing a noise of which your car had multiple noises and one which was never heard until you brought back for a second look.  We would be happy to mediate with you, once bring us the findings of the second repair shop with completed repairs or conclusive findings (not speculation) that are different from our findings.  I will phone you as well to arrange a time when we can meet with Scott to discuss to best course of action.
