Jake said this business quoted him $1,400 for a axle repair but he took his vehicle six miles away to a different similar business and was charged $300. He would not recommend them due to this experience.

Jake, we’re sorry we were unable provide the service you
were requesting. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority. As stated on your repair order, your trailer’s axle was severely damaged (due to lack of maintenance) and needed complete replacement. Replacement included all new axle with
spindles, bearings, seals, and hydraulic brake assemblies. In order for us to stand behind our repairs and for you to know that the job was fixed 100% right, a completely new axle assembly was/is required. Your trailer axle was custom built for that trailer/boat/capacity. Our price was based on a complete, new, custom axle assembly shipped from the same place that Malibu has their axles built. We pride ourselves on integrity
and we hope you’ll reconsider your review based on the facts.
