Spoke with Meagan. She said this business did not give her a promise time, but it took one or two days longer than she expected because the insurance company needed to give this business an approval. She was not kept adequately informed. They did not call her, but they called her husband even though she did not give them his number. They also did not call until the vehicle had already been there for a week. She was not satisfied with the communication for this reason.
