Rob said the business provides great customer service. He was not kept adequately informed during the repair process and he does not know why. No one from the business called him and he finally called to find out when his vehicle would be ready. He was not completely satisfied with the thoroughness of the person that prepared his estimate because it was a normal process and they were not friendly. He did not have any communication with the business. The overall quality of the work was great.
