Wanda said this business did an awesome job, but there was some miscommunication about the bumper that caused it to not get painted when she thought it would be. At first the business was not sure if she would need a new bumper for her vehicle or if they could just repair the damaged one. Soon they found that they would not need to get a new bumper, but when they were finished with the repairs they did not paint it. She said she was not kept adequately informed, nor was she satisfied with the communication for the above reason. The vehicle still looks really nice and this business did a really good job. They provided great customer service and she will continue to return to this business in the future.
