Curtis said he wasn't promised a time when he would get his vehicle back, but they estimated the repairs would take 41 work hours, and he got it back in a week. He stated he doesn't know how they bread down the 41 hours, but wishes they had put 41 men on the job, and he would have gotten his vehicle back in 1 hour. Curtis mentioned they weren't very good at keeping him informed during the repair process, so he stopped by this business to get a status report. The manager took him on a tour, and explained everything to him, which was pretty good. The person who prepared his estimate was very thorough, and the personnel were very good, straight forward. Curtis commented his battery drains because of parasitic loads on it. The loader leaks and is putting wear and tear on the pump, and if he doesn't start his vehicle frequently the battery dies. He would like for them to fix the leak, but they suggested he get a battery charger. For years he uses the battery charger to prevent the battery from dying.
