Curtis said this business provided good service. He appreciated that they kept him very informed about the status of his vehicle. This business ran into a couple of issues with the parts they had ordered. They received the wrong parts and they had to reorder them. He said it was not an inconvenience and he did not mind the delay because he preferred them to do the job right with the right parts. He said he had originally been told the vehicle would be returned on Thursday, but they contacted him to let him know what had happened and that it would be ready the following Tuesday.
