Sean said he wasn't promised a time when he would get his vehicle back, but he thought he would get it back in a few days. He got his vehicle back in a week because they had to order a bumper. He wasn't kept informed during the repair process. They told him they would call him before they did the repairs to let him know the cost of the repairs, but no one called. After a couple of days he had to call them to find out what was going on. Since this business never called him as they promised, he wasn't satisfied with their communication. The only drawback to his experience with this business was them not contacting him, but the quality of their work overshadowed everything else.
