Janet said the personnel were good to work with but it took a long time to repair the vehicle and the work is still not finished. The vehicle was promised to be ready in 5 days. It was 3 weeks late because of unfinished work. There was a call after about 2 weeks to say the vehicle was ready but when they went to pick up the vehicle a tire was flat and a handle had not been painted. These items were repaired but now a window is making noises. This business did call the first time there was a delay but not on other delays. Janet had to make calls for updates. She would not recommend this business because of this experience. This business did not seem to have good internal communication between the estimator and the rest of the employees.
