Spoke with Shaeley L. She said this business did really great work, but it took 11 days longer than promised and this business told her there were parts delays. She was kept informed during the repair, but it was only because she called this business. This business never called her. She said once she got a hold of them they gave her status updates and all the details. They were very nice.
