Spoke with Holland. Holland said it took twice as long as expected to get her vehicle back. Also, she was the one who pursued getting updates regarding the status of her vehicle. It was supposed to be done in 4 to 5 days. Instead, it took 13 days due to finding more problems with her vehicle. More damage was found than what the estimate told. Due to all of the problems she would not recommend them. Overall, she suggests to be more proactive with the communication.
